Because of the bespoke nature of our products, accuracy at the time of ordering is essential.
Order Details & Customer Responsibility
To ensure your mats are made perfectly for your vehicle, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the following details at checkout:
- Vehicle details (make, model, year, trim, if applicable)
- Color, design, and customization selections
- Delivery address and contact information
As the vehicle owner, you know your car and preferences best. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
Order Verification & Confirmation Process
To further ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction, X1Mats performs an order verification process:
- Within 24 hours of placing your order, our team will attempt to contact you via phone to confirm:
- Vehicle details
- Design, color, and customization choices
- Delivery information
- If we’re unable to reach you by phone, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
- If no amendment request is received before production begins, your order will proceed exactly as submitted.
This step is designed to protect both you and us by minimizing errors and ensuring a smooth production process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled or amended within 6 hours of purchase.
- After this period, orders move into preparation and verification.
- Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom-made nature of the product.
Production Time
Because each X1Mats set is crafted specifically for your vehicle, processing time is required:
- Standard orders: 2–3 working days
- Orders with custom logos: up to 7 working days
- O1990–2005 vehicle models: may require up to 3–4 weeks including shipping due to limited manufacturer data and additional fitting verification
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If this occurs, we’ll keep you informed.
Fit & Coverage Disclaimer
- Most vehicles achieve 95% - 100% coverage.
- Older vehicle models (2010 and earlier) typically achieve 90% - 97% coverage, depending on available measurements.
Order Review & Acceptance
X1Mats reserves the right to review and, in rare cases, decline orders that do not comply with this policy. If an order is declined, customers will be notified promptly.

Cost: $80 USD
Shipping availability is determined based on the delivery address provided at checkout. If we’re unable to ship to your address, we’ll notify you promptly.
Production & Delivery Timeline
Because X1Mats are custom-made to order and not mass-produced, production time is required before shipping. This ensures superior fit, finish, and durability.

Import Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the receiving customer and are payable at delivery.
Please note:
- Refusal to pay import fees and return of the shipment is not eligible for a refund.
Tracking & Transit Updates
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may temporarily pause while the shipment is in transit between facilities, countries, or during customs clearance.
- In some cases, parcels are handled by multiple courier partners, and tracking may only update once the shipment reaches the destination country.
These situations are a normal part of international shipping and are outside the direct control of X1Mats.
If tracking appears inactive for an extended period, our team will:
- Contact the courier on your behalf.
- Request an update or initiate an investigation if necessary.
- Keep you informed as soon as new information becomes available.
High Volume & Unforeseen Delays
During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing and transit times may extend beyond standard estimates.
Delays may also occur due to:
- Courier operational constraints.
- Customs inspections.
- Weather conditions.
- Regional or global logistics disruptions.
While these factors are beyond our control, X1Mats will make every reasonable effort to:
- Follow up with courier partners.
- Monitor shipment progress.
- Communicate updates when available.
We appreciate your patience while your custom-made order completes its journey.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- No recipient available.
- Failure to collect the parcel.
The shipment will be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-shipping will incur a $60 USD re-delivery fee.
To avoid delays, please ensure delivery details are accurate and someone is available to receive the parcel.
Signature Upon Delivery
Most shipments require a signature as proof of delivery.
However, depending on courier policies and local regulations, delivery confirmation may also include:
- GPS confirmation
- Photo proof of delivery
These measures comply with courier safety and contact-reduction protocols.
Lost or Missing Parcels
We actively monitor all shipments and stay in contact with our courier partners.
- If a parcel is officially marked lost in transit, we will:
- Remake and reship your order at no extra cost, or
- Offer a full refund, based on your preference
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel was not received, please contact your local courier or post office first.
Once delivery is confirmed, X1Mats cannot be held responsible for loss after delivery.
